“A faint clap of thunder Clouded skies,
Perhaps rain comes
Will you stay here with me?”
― Makoto Shinkai, The Garden of Words
A garden. It can mean different things for different people. Maybe for you it's an eyesore or just another part of the house that is a hassle to handle. For others, it's an extension of their home. A place they can go to in order to escape their troubles.
For me well, it was and still forever will be a canvas to which I can bend to my very will. I can shape it and make it my own, add things and remove but most importantly a place I can photograph. Once I have designed this secret world of mine to my liking, I photograph it. Nature, flowers, trees, shrub, flora, they eventually wilt but forever will I cherish the photos of this second home and never forget my adventures.
A garden is really something else. It truly is magical.
